Returns & guarantee.

If a piece of kit is not right, send it back. You have fourteen days from delivery, and willow that fails on the middle in normal play is covered for a full season.

the policy

Fourteen days, no fuss.

Return any unused item within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Kit should come back in its original condition with tags and any anti-scuff sheet still fitted — a bat that has been oiled, knocked-in further or taken to the middle counts as played and cannot be returned as new.

Supplements can be returned unopened with the seal intact. Ebooks are a digital read and are non-returnable once the download link has been opened, but if it is not what you expected, tell us — we would rather make it right.

how to send it back
  1. Tell us first

Drop us a line through the contact page with your order number and the reason. We will reply with a return address.

  2. Pack it as it came

Wrap the item with its tags, guards and any packaging. For bats, keep the toe guard and anti-scuff on and brace the edges.

  3. Post it to the pavilion

Send it tracked to the Melbourne address we give you. Return postage is on you unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

  4. Refund at close of play

Once it lands and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method — usually within three business days.

played and true

A bat that fails on the middle is our problem, not yours.

Willow is a natural material and a small surface crack from a mis-hit or a yorker on the toe is normal wear. But if a bat delaminates or breaks on the sweet spot in ordinary play inside its first season, send it back — we will assess it and put it right.
